Saudi International Maritime Forum (SIM)

Held biennially and organized by the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF), the 1 st edition of the Saudi International Maritime Forum (SIM) was held in Riyadh from the 24 th – 26 th November 2019 under the patronage of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Board of GAMI. The 2 nd edition was held in Jeddah from the 15 th – 17 th November 2022 under the auspices of HRH Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At SIM 2022, GAMI was a proud official sponsor, and looks to participate at the 3 rd edition of the Forum as well, which is planned to be held in Dammam in 2024.SIM brings together a wide array of leading maritime entities from all over the world with impressive military, technical, and technological capabilities. Furthermore, the Forum aims to highlight from the latest pioneering systems, innovations, and maritime-specific R&D. SIM also aspires to lead the discourse on some of the most important developments on the global maritime landscape of relevance and pertinence to regional and international maritime security..
