The capabilities offered by GAMI aims to stimulate manufacturing activity for military goods and increase the localization rate in the military industrial sector to contribute to its growth and development. Zero Value Added Tax (VAT)
Application of a zero percent Value Added Tax (VAT) on locally manufactured military goods supplied to the armed forces and internal security forces across all sectors
Industrial Lands
Providing preferential pricing for industrial lands according to specific criteria, in addition to supporting the costs of leasing industrial lands with a discount of up to 50% of the annual rental value
Increased Down Payment
Giving priority to licensed establishments operating in targeted areas within the sector through certain systems and regulations, with the aim of providing financial liquidity to enable them to meet the requirements of the beneficiary entities
Financial Support Incentives Easy Financing
Empowering licensed establishments operating in the military industries sector by providing them with easy and interest-free financing, contributing to achieving localization of 50% of military spending
Financial Support Incentives Non-Recurring Costs
Financial grants to cover capital costs, provided once to enable strategic projects that focus on capacity building and enhance strategic, economic, and security objectives for the development of the military industries sector
Educational Grants and Specialized Training Programs
Aim to develop human resources through specialized educational and training programs to ensure the readiness of qualified workforce in achieving localization goals in the military industries sector and enhancing knowledge and capabilities in related fields and specializations
Facilitating Military Export and Import
Facilitating import procedures for production inputs for licensed establishments operating in the sector, and export procedures for their military products through issuing the necessary approvals and certificates. Enabling establishments to obtain internationally restricted military goods and technologies through a streamlined mechanism provided by GAMI
Long-Term Purchase Plans and Agreements
GAMI collaborates with beneficiary entities to develop five-year and ten-year plans to contribute to investor clarity, in addition to activating framework agreements
Framework Agreements
Aim to expedite the process of issuing purchase orders after determining the agreement parties in advance and approving unified specifications for all relevant categories, followed by contract awards based on the financial proposal.
